This tunic is so romantic and always a favorite!!! The delicate floral print and charming birdcage design capture the essence of spring beautifully.

The empire waist tunic is handmade with a beautiful pastel blue pink cotton jersey and a solid light pink jersey that I hand printed with bird cages. I use permanent with eco friendly paint.

The tunic is fitted and becomes flare and flowy at the empire waist line. The puff sleeves give a feminine and romantic touch to this blouse.

This tunic swing top is very flattering and will be worn on top of leggings, pants or layered with a long skirt.
