Refund and Return Policy

Original Artwork

All sales are final.

Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged items:

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
We will offer a replacement (if possible) or a full refund once the damage is verified.

Wearable art (clothing, scarves and ponchos)

We gladly accept returns for wearable art under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless arrived damaged.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If the product arrived damaged, please provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

If your return is accepted:

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged. Please provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
