I just love this romantic chic blue roses jersey fabric and decided to pair it with a simple solid white jersey for this tunic top.

This jersey blouse looks very chic and is also very comfortable. It can be worn with leggings, jeans, pants or layered with a long skirt.

The tunic is fitted on the bodice and becomes flared starting at the empire waist. This cut makes it very flattering for any body shapes, including plus size ladies.

The puff sleeves are shirred at the bottom. Empire waist, front and back middle panels to give a flared shape to the tunic’s skirt.
