Bring the beauty of water lilies and a vibrant sunset into your home with this original contemporary impressionist painting.
Description
This contemporary impressionist landscape painting is so vibrant and happy.
This original artwork was inspired by waterlilies and the sunset. I played with various greens and blues, mixing them together to create an interesting color palette. The orange sunset really pops and brings contrast to the painting.
It is hand painted with acrylics on a gallery wrapped canvas size 20″ x 20″. This painting is built up on several layers that bring depth to it and you can see many details and marks showing up from the under layers. The waterlilies and the lily pads were painted using a palette knife for texture.
The painting wraps around the edges, therefore you don’t need to frame it. The painting is varnished and signed in front and back. This unique piece of art has a wire in the back for proper hanging.
