This floral cowl scarf is handmade with a serenity light blue cotton lycra jersey that I hand printed with navy blue lotus flowers and pearl white cherry blossoms. The hand printing is done with tools that I created from my artwork. I used a stamp that I carved and a stencil. The paint is water based and permanent. The reverse side of the neck warmer scarf is solid navy blue.
