Azalea Walk – 5″ x 7″

Description

This original abstract floral painting was inspired by our visit to the Atlanta botanical garden and its azalea walk. The azaleas were in full bloom, though their color was orange I wanted to paint them pink instead.

This contemporary artwork is hand painted with loose brush strokes and the flowers were painted with a palette knife to create texture. This piece is painted using acrylics on acid free 140lb cold press watercolor paper. The size of the painting is about 7″ x 5″. It is varnished and comes with a white mat size 10″ x 8″. Its small size is perfect for small spaces or for small gifts. This unique piece of art is ready to frame and is signed in the front and back. The painting comes in a protective sleeve.
