The Alpharetta Art StreetFest 2025 was located as usual in Wills Park, Alpharetta GA. Set on Memorial Day weekend. The event lasted 2 days: Saturday and Sunday.

Friday

Friday was set up day. My set up time was 10am. The organization was very smooth and you can enter the park with your vehicle and unload at your booth, which is awesome. Even better, they had volunteers to help you unload your car. A bit less fatigue for me!!! I always appreciate the volunteers!!!

I did most of my set up on Friday and decided to do the final steps on Saturday morning. I always try to arrive 1-1/2 hour before the start of the show. It allows me to finish my set up with no rush, walk around, chat with the other artists and my friends, get my handmade caramels from MayBird, and go to the restrooms before the show. Being alone in my booth, I can’t afford to leave it too often even if we have booth sitters.

Saturday

We had a cool nice weather on Saturday and the crowd was there.

My oil paintings, and particularly my “Vintage Collection” were a hit!!! I’m very thrilled!!!

My first customer of the day was one of my newest collectors. Wendy selected my oil painting “Wild Roses” to pair with the painting “Cherry Blossoms” that she acquired from me at another art festival.

This lovely young couple selected my newest oil paintings “Blue Hydrangeas” from my Vintage Collection and “Flowers by the River Bank“. Smaller and different versions of these paintings are still available for purchase on my website.

My collector Lori picked my newest oil painting “Les Tournesols” as a new addition to her collection. This piece is also part of my Vintage Collection. A smaller version is also available on my website.

Sunday

We had some overnight storms but thankfully didn’t get any rain during the day. It was covered and a bit chilly. We closed one hour early as we were expecting more storms.

The crowd wasn’t there as much as on Saturday and it was a pretty slow day for me. I guess people were worried about the rain.

Sunday was a scarf and poncho day. I didn’t sell any paintings. But a lot of people had their eyes on the following paintings:

“Whispers of Serenity“, “Tropical Paradise“, “Lily Joy“, “Spring Symphony” and “Summer Smile“.

I also got this little visitor that blended so well with my handmade and hand dyed poncho “Francesca“!

Thank you so much to all the visitors and my collectors who came to support my art at the Alpharetta Art StreetFest 2025, as well as the volunteers and Splash Festivals for their smooth organization.

My next festival and last one of the season will be Virginia Highland SummerFest on June 7th and 8th 2025 in Atlanta, GA.
